A full day of 21 Day Fix Meals with Tupperware!


 This blog post I am going to show you a day in the life of 21 day fix containers.

Breakfast- Oatmeal, almond milk and an apple
            








 - Yellow (Oatmeal) with about 1/4 of the yellow for the milk
 - Purple (Apple)





Morning Snack- Shakeology with Spinach/Strawberries/Mango, water and greek yogurt







 -1 Green ( Spinach- Frozen)
- 1 Purple ( Strawberries/Mangos- Frozen)
- 2 Red (Shakeology Scoop/Greek Yogurt)



Lunch- Salad with Egg/Veggies and Dressing

- 2 Green (Salad/Veggies)
- 1 Red (1 of my eggs didn't turn out so I had to just use one which would be 1/2 red)
  - 1 Orange ( Balsamic Vinaigarette- 21 Day Fix Eating Plan)

Afternoon Snack- Apple with Caramel 2% yogurt

- 1 Red (Yogurt)
- 1 Purple (Apple)
 




Supper- Chicken Salsa Fajitas

- 1 Green (Lettuce)
- 1 Red (Salsa Chicken- done in crock pot)
- 1 Yellow ( Tortilla)
- 1 Blue (Cheese)












Every meal I had today was delicious!! I usually always go one over in my Green one but because it's vegetables, I don't mind! I hope this helps you in your choices for the day!!

  1. Love this I always add fruit to my shake but never thought of spinach and yogurt.

  2. Yogurt makes it so creamy and spinach you cant even taste but you get the great nutrients out of it! MMM MMM
