Multi-tasking to work out!

Today I am going to talk about multi-tasking... as a mom of two, I have to. I don't have a choice. Honestly, I LOVE to multi-task, so this week was a great way to do it. It was my daughters 5th birthday so I had to make cupcakes, get her goodie bags all ready and workout.. I didn't workout until 11 pm that night as other things had to come first for that night.  But it had to be done, I always feel GREAT after a workout and I knew if I got it done, I would feel even better.  So.. when you think you can't do it, when you think you are too busy just remember that you matter and that you need to be you and do what YOU want.  As I grow as a mom, I realize that I am a much happier mom when I am being me and staying true to myself and that involves me getting a workout in.  I have never compromised the time I spend with my family as I usually workout early morning or after the kids go to bed but I feel better about myself and in turn my kids see that! Multi-task, this should be the first thing when describing a mom :)
