Tough Mudder Training!

Last night, we took both of our kids and our dog and went for a run. Needless to say it went actually pretty well. Our daughter rode her bike, my son rode in his stroller and the three of us ran.  We went about 3 miles, in that 3 miles we only had to stop twice because my daugther fell off her bike and the second because I almost ran our pup over when he stepped in front of me.  You just do what you need to do when you are training or working towards a goal.  Right now, my husband and I are training for our first Tough Mudder together! My husband did a Tough Mudder back in June, but for me it will be my first.

I find that doing 21 day Fix and PIYO has helped me excel in my preperation in strength and flexibility.  I feel like my biking to and from work has helped in my cardio.  I realized yesterday on my ride into work that my asthma get's WAY worse on the cold, which I just realized because I just found out I have asthma! Who knew! Being able to cross that finish line at Tough Mudder will be a great experience to share with my hubs and will make my even more excited to come home and finish 21 day fx!!
